You can find recommendations what to see and do in Norfolk below, recommendations for restaurants & bars are still to added here soon :)
Norfolk is a beautiful area.
Norwich: the capital of the region, you will find the best places to eat here, with some cultural sights. The old city centre, with cathedrals, the lanes, old market square, the norman castle and taking a walk along the river.
Blakeney Point: This nature reserve is known for its stunning coastal landscapes and is home to a colony of grey seals. You can take a boat trip from nearby Blakeney to see the seals and enjoy the coastal views.
Wells-next-the-Sea: A picturesque coastal town with a beautiful sandy beach and colorful beach huts. Stroll along the quay, explore the town's independent shops, and enjoy fish and chips by the sea.
Grimes Graves: Discover the Neolithic flint mines, which are among the earliest known mines in Europe.
Sheringham: A charming coastal town with a traditional seafront, promenade, and heritage steam railway. Sheringham is also close to Sheringham Park, which offers beautiful gardens and coastal views.
Hunstanton: Known for its unique striped cliffs, Hunstanton is a classic British seaside resort with a sandy beach and amusements. It's a great place for a family day out.
Norfolk Broads: While not directly on the coast, the Norfolk Broads are a network of navigable rivers and lakes that are not far from the coast. You can rent a boat and explore the scenic waterways.
Holkham Hall and Beach: Take a day trip to Holkham Hall, a magnificent stately home, and relax on the beautiful Holkham Beach.
Happisburgh Lighthouse: Visit this historic lighthouse and enjoy panoramic views of the coastline from the top. It's one of the oldest working lighthouses in East Anglia.
Don't worry, we got an amazing DJ coming, but if you want to hear your favorite tune at the wedding, please add a song or two to our playlist:
Although we will have an unplugged ceremony, so please don't take any photos during the ceremony, but after that shoot away and we want to see your photos, so please share them with us, in our google photos link below. We can't wait to see them :)
